Our Programs

Women's Empowerment

Women’s empowerment is the process of enabling women to gain control over their lives, exercise their rights, and achieve full potential through equal access to education, economic opportunities, and political decision-making.

Health Care

Rural health issues stem from limited access to care, with shortages of providers and facilities, high poverty rates, and significant travel distances. These areas face higher burdens of chronic disease (diabetes, heart disease), infectious diseases (waterborne), and mental health challenges compared to urban area

Skill Training

Rural skill development focuses on empowering village youth (ages 15-35) through vocational training, enhancing employability, and fostering local entrepreneurship to reduce poverty and urban migration. Key initiatives include the DDU-GKY (placement-linked training), RSETI (self-employment), and STRY (agriculture), focusing on market-driven skills, AI, and sustainable livelihoods.

Vocational Trainning

Increasingly, vocational education can be recognised in terms of recognition of prior learning and partial academic credit towards tertiary education (e.g., at a university) as credit; however, it is rarely considered in its own form to fall under the traditional definition of a higher education.

Cooperative Financial Training

Cooperative financial training provides specialized education on managing, auditing, and governing member-owned organizations, focusing on financial literacy, regulatory compliance, capital management, and strategic planning.

Co-Housing Society Training

Cooperative Housing Society (CHS) training equips committee members and managers with essential skills in legal compliance (MCS Act 1960), financial management, and daily operations.

Vocational Training & Personality Development Training

Career guidance is a structured process—using psychometric tests, counseling, and skill assessment—designed to help individuals make informed educational and professional choices.
